📦 When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. As we currently deliver within Poland only, standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your parcel until delivery.

🚚 Where do you deliver?
At this time, Brionvale ships exclusively within Poland. This allows us to maintain reliable delivery times and service quality. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

🔍 How do I track my order?
When your parcel leaves our facility, we’ll send you an email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You can use it at any time to view real-time updates from the courier.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure and widely used payment methods in Poland, including:

⏳ What should I do if my delivery is late?
Although most orders arrive on time, delays may occur due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related issues. If your order exceeds the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it promptly.

🔁 Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us first so we can provide return instructions.

❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send us your order number along with clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as quickly as possible.

💡 Are night lights safe for everyday use?
Yes. Our night lights are designed for regular home use and are made with safety and comfort in mind. Always follow the usage and care instructions included with your product.
